The law of 12/07/2011 n.
106, as a conversion of the decree, has introduced
some changes to the article
50-bis DL 331/93,
providing for, among other things, the ability to perform
without pay VAT, the operations
of free circulation of goods
outside the Community to be introduced
in a BONDED WAREHOUSE only after the provision of suitable security commensurate to the tax itself.
The legislation will be activated by
September 12, 2011.
So the importer will need to provide a guarantee within this period, unless it is an operator AEO (qualified) or which falls within the criteria pursuant to the article 90 del DPR n. 43/1973.
